Human Resources Strategy


Working with you to develop your organisation’s Human Resources Strategy, providing coaching for your leadership team and in-house HR staff, as appropriate.


Managing Employee relations issues 



Providing telephone and email advice and support, managing employee issues in compliance with employment law and best practice, producing any necessary paperwork.



Visiting you when needed, for example to support you through formal procedures with your staff.

  • Policies, Procedures and associated letters and forms Employment Law
  • Auditing of current policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice  
  • Updating of all documentation in-line with any changes to employment law 


These can be provided as part of a retained service contract, or on an hourly or daily rate, to suit the needs of your business. 


HR Project support is provided on a daily rate and can include:

·         Restructuring, including redundancy
